When goods enter the weighing platform, under the action of the goods' gravity, the elastic body of the load cell undergoes elastic deformation. The impedance of the strain gauge bridge attached to the elastic body loses balance, outputting an electrical signal proportional to the weight value. This signal is processed by electronic components such as the amplifier, A/D converter, and microprocessor inside the sensor to output a digital signal. Then, the digital signal enters the weighing display instrument through a repeater, directly displaying data such as weight. If the display instrument is connected to a computer or printer, the instrument can simultaneously output the weight signal to devices like the computer, forming a complete weighing management system.
