To clarify the rights and obligations of both the buyer and seller and ensure fair and reasonable transactions, the following return policy has been established for our company’s custom-made truck scales. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges full understanding of and agrees to these terms.

I. Product Description: The truck scales sold by our company are industrial custom-made non-standard equipment. They are customized according to customer requirements regarding dimensions, load capacity, materials, configuration, and export standards, and are manufactured individually based on customer-approved drawings. We do not maintain general bulk inventory. Due to the unique nature of custom-made truck scales, products cannot be resold once production is complete, and we do not accept returns without cause.

II. Return Rules: Once the customer confirms the order, pays the deposit, and production begins, returns cannot be requested for reasons such as personal circumstances, changes in plans, site modifications, or price disputes. Once production, shipment, loading, or customs clearance has commenced, returns, refusal of delivery, or order cancellations are strictly prohibited. If the customer unilaterally terminates the order, all incurred costs—including material costs, processing fees, logistics fees, and customs clearance fees—shall be borne solely by the customer.

III. Quality Assurance: Our company strictly adheres to contractual standards and industry-standard manufacturing processes. Prior to shipment, we conduct weighing tests, weld inspections, and structural pressure tests to ensure the equipment meets quality standards. In the event of a factory-related quality issue, we will provide free repairs or replacement parts; however, we do not accept returns of the entire unit. Damage caused by human error, transportation impacts, improper installation, or improper environmental conditions is not covered under the warranty.

IV. Logistics Information: Custom-made truck scales are heavy industrial equipment. Once shipped, logistics costs, packaging costs, reinforcement fees, and ocean freight customs clearance fees are incurred in real time. As returned items have no resale value, we do not accept any form of refusal, return, or exchange after shipment.
