This project involves the installation of a weighing system at a construction site operated by China Railway Electrification Bureau Group Co., Ltd. As a major state-owned enterprise, China Railway Electrification Bureau specializes in rail transit, municipal infrastructure, and electrification projects, and enforces strict standards regarding the quality of construction equipment, safety protocols, and acceptance procedures. Construction activities at the site primarily involve civil engineering, track-related work, and the transport of building materials. Heavy-duty transport vehicles operate intensively on-site, primarily carrying bulk materials such as steel, sand and gravel, cement, and construction supplies. The construction site environment is complex, characterized by dust, muddy roads, and standing water. With a high concentration of electromagnetic equipment and numerous sources of interference, standard truck scales lack sufficient interference resistance. This leads to issues such as data drift, sensor damage due to moisture, and scale deformation, making them unable to meet the requirements for precise material accounting and compliant ledger management. To improve the material control system at the construction site, the project department selected Fujian Fangda Weighing Instruments to install specialized truck scales for the project.

Taking into account the complex conditions at infrastructure construction sites and the high-standard construction requirements of central state-owned enterprises, we have equipped the project with three 16-meter-long, 100-ton industrial-grade weighbridges. The weighbridge frame is constructed from thickened U-shaped beams welded into a single unit, featuring a dense arrangement of main beams. This design ensures high structural rigidity and excellent load-bearing capacity, enabling it to withstand repeated碾压 by heavy-duty construction vehicles over the long term, while offering impact resistance and minimal deformation. To address construction site challenges such as dust, standing water, mud, corrosion, and variable outdoor weather conditions, the scale body undergoes heavy-duty sandblasting for rust removal and is finished with a multi-layer anti-corrosion and wear-resistant baked paint process. The exterior is highly resistant to wear and rust, while the internal wiring is fully sealed to provide dust and water protection, making it suitable for the harsh, all-weather operating conditions of construction sites.

The equipment is equipped with industrial-grade anti-interference digital sensors and features a specially optimized electromagnetic shielding design. This effectively resists signal interference from large construction machinery and electrical equipment on-site, ensuring stable weighing data without fluctuations. It accurately records the weight of various construction materials entering and exiting the site, ensuring precise material accounting and compliant, traceable project records. We strictly adhere to the construction management standards of central state-owned enterprises, conducting on-site surveys to customize load-bearing foundations and drainage solutions. We provide a one-stop service covering delivery, hoisting, wiring, and calibration, with a complete set of certification documents that have successfully passed the project department’s rigorous acceptance inspection.

Since the equipment was put into operation, the on-site weighing process has been streamlined and efficient. The equipment operates stably with a low failure rate, significantly improving material control efficiency.
