This project is the supporting infrastructure project for the Longyan Mine operated by China Railway 22nd Bureau Group Third Engineering Co., Ltd. As a large state-owned infrastructure enterprise, China Railway 22nd Bureau Group maintains extremely stringent control standards regarding the quality of construction equipment, construction standards, and safety regulations. The mine primarily serves as a supplier of construction aggregates, specializing in raw stone extraction, crushing and processing, and the transportation of aggregates. The site features a high concentration of heavy-duty dump trucks with large payload capacities, resulting in frequent vehicle weigh-ins. Located in a mountainous wilderness, the mining area features a complex operating environment characterized by dense dust, intense impact from crushed rock, heavy rainfall, and muddy, damp ground. Standard industrial truck scales lack sufficient structural strength, making them prone to issues such as scale deformation, sensor failure, and measurement errors, and thus unable to meet the stringent material control standards required for state-owned enterprise projects. To ensure accurate aggregate inventory tracking and compliant project accounting, the Group selected Fujian Fangda Weighing Instruments to undertake the custom installation of heavy-duty mining scale systems.

Taking into account the heavy-duty operating conditions of the mine and the construction requirements of state-owned enterprises, we have equipped the project with three 18-meter, 150-ton reinforced heavy-duty truck scales. The scale body features a densely arranged structure of widened and thickened U-shaped beams, welded into a single unit. This design ensures exceptional overall rigidity and a high load-bearing capacity, enabling it to withstand the repeated碾压 and unloading impacts of heavy-duty mining trucks over the long term while preventing structural deformation. To address the harsh conditions in mining areas—such as high dust levels, rainwater corrosion, and abrasion from sand and gravel—the scale body undergoes heavy-duty sandblasting for rust removal followed by a multi-layer wear-resistant and anti-corrosive baked paint finish. The exterior is scratch- and abrasion-resistant, while the interior is fully sealed to prevent dust and water ingress, making it suitable for all-weather operation in mountainous and remote outdoor environments.
The equipment is equipped with industrial-grade shock- and explosion-proof digital sensors that resist vibration and electromagnetic interference. Even under harsh operating conditions, weighing data remains stable with no drift, ensuring precise control over the measurement of raw stone extraction and aggregate transport, and meeting the audit standards for engineering material ledgers of state-owned enterprises. We strictly adhered to China Railway construction specifications, conducted on-site surveys of the mountainous terrain, optimized drainage and load-bearing foundations, and standardized the installation, wiring, and calibration processes. With a complete set of testing documentation, the system passed the state-owned enterprise’s rigorous acceptance inspection on the first attempt.
Since the equipment was put into operation, the mining site’s weighing operations have been efficient and stable, with an extremely low failure rate, making it fully suited for the high-intensity operations of infrastructure and mining projects. This collaboration with a state-owned enterprise demonstrates our company’s robust product capabilities.
