Weighbridge problems: what breaks first, how to fix it, and when to call for help

A weighbridge works outside every day dust, rain, mud, overloaded trucks, nonstop traffic. Its one of the toughest jobs for any industrial equipment. So problems happen. Not because the scale is bad, but because the environment is brutal.

1. Unstable or fluctuating weight readings

What you see: The display jumps up and down even with the same truck parked on the scale.

2. Inaccurate weighing (same truck, different weight)
