1. Expected Service Lifespan

• Steel platform main structure: Adopt thickened U-beam structure and three-layer anti-corrosion coating (epoxy primer + intermediate paint + polyurethane topcoat, total dry film thickness over 200μm). The designed service life is 10–15+ years under normal heavy-duty use.

• Core electrical components (load cells, indicators): Normal service life reaches 6–8 years with regular maintenance.

2. Routine Maintenance & Recalibration Schedule

• Daily maintenance: Clean dust and mud on the platform and load cell surface every day; check cable connections.

• Recalibration frequency: Conduct professional precision recalibration every 3 months for heavy-load sites (mines, quarries); recalibrate every 6 months for ordinary logistics sites, complying with African local metrology regulations.

• Quarterly inspection: Check anti-corrosion coating and fastener tightness quarterly.

3. Standard Warranty Terms

1. Weighing indicator & electrical accessories: 1-year free warranty.

2. Digital load cells: 2-year free warranty (core component).

3. Steel/concrete platform structure: 1-year free warranty for welding and structural quality problems.

4. After-warranty service: Provide lifelong cost-price maintenance and spare parts supply; permanent technical support.
